fantastic location, terrific stay!
friendly staff convenient location comfortable bed early check-in
I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff WAS super friendly and accommodating. They let me check in early. i found the location very convenient, close to everything i needed. the bed provided great comfort. I had a great night's sleep.

superb location helpful staff modern decor
The location IS superb I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful all the time . My room had modern decor and ALL the amenities I needed. I really liked how convenient it was to explore the area.

My king room had a mini-fridge a coffee maker and a LARGE flat-screen television for entertainment. The bed was very comfortable and I slept WELL each night. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily.

The hotel provided free wi-fi throughout the hotel I had no issues connecting. There was a business center with computers and printers it was available for guest use. The hotel also has a 24-hour front desk to assist with any needs.

easy access best pillow friendly staff
The location rocks. I found easy access to everything i needed by foot. The pillow was the BEST i have ever used while traveling. The staff helped me a lot and were very friendly.
I noticed slight noise from the street.

fantastic location hotel laundromat central station room noise room design old lobby
The location felt very central. i found chinatown just a short walk away, it was dreamy. the laundromat in the hotel was also very convenient for me. I loved this.
the noise at NIGHT was a lot. partying seemed to continue outside until morning, very loud. the room felt small and it was hard to move around freely. the lobby is a little old and it didn't seem attractive.

convenient location spacious room helpful staff
I found the location convenient. It was near the train station and many tourist spots. The room felt spacious, and the bathroom was a decent size (i did appreciate that). The staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations, so convenient.

The room featured a king bed with quality linens and towels. Standard inclusions existed like an ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and a bar fridge. The bathroom had good quality products, such as shampoo and body wash.

The hotel is close to the city and the train station. Easy access to the quay down George St allowed me to walk to explore the city. The light rail was only a block away (so convenient!).

The reception operates 24 hours, which adds convenience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to requests. They were able to store luggage before check-in, particularly helpful for early arrivals.
